Q. How long does delivery take?
A. Delivery normally takes 2 to 3 business days. Orders received on Thursdays and Fridays will be sent out on the following Monday to prevent the parcel sitting at the courier warehouse.

Q. How do I track my order?
A. Once your order is ready to be sent out you will receive your tracking detail by email. This email sometimes end up in the spam folder so make sure to check your spam folder regularly.

Q. How do I make arrangements with the courier for delivery at a certain time?
A. Once you have received your tracking number from us you can contact the courier directly to make arrangements. We make use of a third party courier service so once the parcel left our premises we have no further control over your parcel.

Q. How fresh are the edibles?
A. ALL edibles are baked on the morning before the parcel is sent out to ensure freshness. That's why our day starts at 3am in the morning to ensure you have the freshest of products!

Q. How long can edibles be stored?
A. Once you received your edibles they can last upto 2 weeks when kept in an air tight container in the fridge. You can also put the edibles in a freezer for upto 6 months.

Q. How do I store the oil and capsules?
A. It's best to store the oil and capsules at room temperature in a dark space like a drawer. Infused oils can last for more than 3 months. For longer periods it can be stored in the fridge.

Q. What strength of the oil is right for me?
A. This purely depends on each person's tolerance. Normally people that have smoked cannabis for a while have a higher tolerance and will need a stronger oil, although this is not always the case. For beginners it's best to try out our normal strength oils first to test your tolerance.

Q. I did not get much of an effect after using the edibles. Can I get a refund?

A. We test our products for its potency and the value given in mg/ml is correct to the nearest 10%. Due to the nature of these products, everyone has a different tolerance. If the products is not strong enough then it means you have a higher tolerance and must use more of the product. Making the products any stronger will have a negative effect on people with a low tolerance. Therefore we cannot offer any refunds.
